This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. The successful candidate will be able to pass a credit check.
Under minimal supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs administrative and clerical duties related to personnel record-keeping, employee benefit orientation and administration, HRMS data entry, record maintenance which includes tracking of current, required licensure and certifications, leaves of absence and special projects as assigned by HR Manager.
Education: High School education; post high school education in HR and/or benefits preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years previous experience in Human Resources required, experience with employee benefits preferred. Proficient use of Word, Excel, and applicable internet searches.
