Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Clinical Pharmacist

POSITION LOCATION: Memphis, TN

POSITION SUMMARY:

This premiere acute care facility is looking for a clinical pharmacist to join their expanding team. Clinical focus will include cardiology, critical care, anti-coagulation, and diabetes discharge planning.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience as a clinical pharmacist or completion of an accredited residency.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of TN as a registered pharmacist.
Cardiac care experience preferred, but not required.
